Ariyaan Siddha does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever. We do not pass it to data brokers, advertisers or other clinics. The only people who see what you send us are the hospital's own staff, and they use it only to care for you.
When you complete the appointment form, we save what you entered so that we can contact you and prepare for your visit: your name, mobile number, the treatment you are asking about, your preferred date and time, and your optional note.
The entry is stored on our own hosting, in a location that is not reachable from the web, and a copy is emailed to the hospital. We do not record your IP address. Your browser then opens WhatsApp with the same details so you can send them to us directly — that step is unchanged, and nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you press send.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time by writing to ariyaan.siddha@gmail.com.
When you message, call or email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your number and a description of your health concern. We use it only to answer you and to arrange your consultation. Messages you send on WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy.

Anything you tell the doctor during a consultation is part of your clinical record. Those records are kept at the hospital, are treated as confidential, and are never published on this website or given to Google, Meta or any advertiser.
Appointment-form entries, along with WhatsApp and email enquiries, are kept for as long as they are useful for your care, and are deleted on request. Clinical records are retained as required for medical practice in India. Analytics data is retained under Google's and Meta's standard retention periods.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it.
